Listed below are some frequently asked questions.

Do you have any more information on your LCD T.V's?
No. The reason that they are so cheap is we do not produce a brochure. Our web page with the T.V's on is our electronic brochure and we have no more information to send out on them.
 

When are you in my area for delivery?
Please click delivery and then worktops delivery map for worktops delivery days and areas. Kitchens are national and one hundred percent delivery on our own transport or direct from the manufacturer. Phone Andy 9am - 10pm 7 days a week if you are desperate and we will try to help.
 

How do I order a kitchen?
Choose your kitchen from the 22 fascias on the site, or ask us to post you a full colour brochure and price list by clicking “brochure request”. You can also order the door/doors you like by courier to enable you to see the quality, colour, texture and feel. You can also go online and compile your order at your own pace. You may want to ask for help from the person who will be fitting the kitchen if you’re not able to do it yourself. If you want to fax, post or email us a sketch plan then we will check it over for you. Send the order to us for pricing and we will check the order and send back a price confirmed with your discount shown. When you are happy, we will order your kitchen and agree a time to deliver it to you.
 

Payment method
You can compile your order and pay in full online, or email a list of units and requirement to us for us to price. We will take a deposit on your card when you order, or send us a cheque with balance payment on delivery to the driver.
 

How long will my kitchen take?
We order from the manufacturer on a Monday night for delivery to us the following week on Monday afternoon to be checked off at our warehouse. We then deliver it to you later in that week. If you miss the Monday evening deadline it will be 2 weeks until you get the goods. This is still the best U.K. online damage free service and better than the usual 5-6 weeks by other suppliers. We can send small orders such as single doors, cabinets, lighting, sinks, taps & bins by courier next day if received by 12:30pm.
 

What is the fastest I could have a complete kitchen?
Two days if you are prepared to collect, or we can price to do an urgent collection & delivery on our own vehicle. We need secure payment up front to enable this service to happen.

Do you do carcase only deliveries. ?
Yes we can supply carcase or door only orders. Please phone for a seperate carcase only price list to be emailed to you with UK 2 day delivery, or secure delivery on our own transport.
 

What about returns
Manufacturing faults are returned without issue. However, any items over ordered or ordered incorrect cannot be retuned as the manufacturer has dictated that this cannot happen. Don’t worry though. We will work with you from any plans and such to make sure you get what you want with no un-necessary over order items.
 

How big is your TEEVF-8 8'' LCD TV
Dimensions for the TVF8 are as follows. Overall width 9.25 inches Height with stand 8 inches Height without stand 6.5 inches Overall depth 9.25 inches Screen depth 1.5 inches
 

How big is your TVF12M 12" LCD TV?
The width is 13 inches. Height when screen is folded down 11.5 inches. The depth of the base is 13 inches , with the screen depth of 1.5 inches.
 

What if I forget to order something or want to add something at a later date?
If you need to add cutlery trays, bins, lighting or even complete units we can send them direct from the factory next day if we let the factory know by 12:30pm. Anything up to 10 Kilo's will be £14.95+vat or call us for a quote. Long panels, oven sides, decorative pelmet, cornice and shelving panels do not travel well by courier so it’s best that we make a special arrangement for these.
 

What is Inotech shown in your brochure ?
This is an upgrade for the drawer that we confirm when we check your price back to you. The drawers open out fully to reveal the back of the drawer for better access. You can also add glass jar organisers and sorters once you have upgraded to Inotech. If you want to upgrade please add "Inotech Drawers" to the comments box on the order.
 

How big is the void for gas and water pipes behind your cabinets ?
We have a 50mm void on all base and tall units. Our built under oven carcase has no back for heat dissipation from the appliance and somewhere for the electrical cable or gas pipe to fall when you slide the oven into place. Check out page 26 of the printed price list.
 

How high are the tall larder/fridge freezer units from floor to top (so I can fix up the adjacent units) ?
1970mm from bottom of the doors, to top of the doors. With the 150mm plinth it will be 2120 from the floor to the top of the unit. The legs are adjustable by 25mm so it may be slightly out by 12mm each way depending on your final requirement.
