We have now stopped taken orders for pre-Christmas delivery for cutting service.

Replacement laminate worktops cut to length, end finish and mitre service delivered cut and ready to install with ends finished and trimmed.  We can deliver your replacement worktops damage free on our van within 2-3 weeks finished and ready to install. Email or fax us a plan of your cut to length, end finish and mitre service replacement worktops requirement and we will work out the most efficient way of doing it with a full breakdown of the costs. We only offer this service on boards we are delivering not your own worktops from another supplier. We do not come and do this in your home, we have it done before we come to you and deliver to your home – we do not fit – just deliver for you to fit at your own pace.

Example of a worktop plan sketch

  • We need an image (hand drawn is O.K) like the one we shown here faxed to 01473-760470 or emailed
  • Show back wall lengths totals on any jointed lengths as in the 2205 and 1430 in the example.
  • All lengths must be shown and all depths also shown (600, 665, 900)
  • You need to select radius A or B (shown at bottom of page) for any ellipse ends.
  • On any cut ends we need to know of you want “Cut” or “finished”
  • Your mitred corners need to be 90 degree right angles or use *Upstand to loose the gap at the back 665 and 900 boards are doubled rolled front and back (breakfast bars)
  • We can cut down to depth on any 665 or 900 boards ie – 900 down to 750 front to back for desks.
  • Please show mitre cut direction – we cannot do a 45 degree, must be as example at right angle.
  • Please state delivery home town and remember that we need 2-3 weeks to prepare.
Notes “finished” means the end strip is trimmed and glued to the cut or ellipse end in matching Formica end strip. We cannot offer ends any more rounded than the A section shown as the flat end does not meet the profiled front.
*Upstand not available in all ranges.

Worktops with cutting like the one above would have a deposit of £170.70 payable by card with the balance £300 on delivery.

Send us a drawing (not a busy copy of your kitchen plan with lots of irrelevant information) showing the type of information in the example shown. Boards cut to length with a simple cut can be done within our normal 1 week delivery schedule if you contact us 1st.
